About This Module

The Training Record Tracker lets HR teams and managers log employee training sessions with details like provider, duration, completion status, and certificate references. It produces a clean, filterable table that can be printed for compliance files.

What Is a Training Record?

A training record is a formal log of educational and development activities undertaken by employees. It documents what training was completed, who provided it, when it took place, and whether a certification or qualification was awarded. Organizations maintain training records to ensure regulatory compliance, identify skill gaps, plan future development, and provide evidence during audits. Accurate training records protect both the employer and employee by proving that mandatory safety, quality, and professional development requirements have been fulfilled.

How It Works

Fill in the employee name, training title, provider, date, duration, status, and optional certificate reference. Click Add Record to insert it into the table. Filter records by employee name using the dropdown, which auto-populates as records are added. Each record displays a color-coded status badge for easy visual scanning. Click Print to generate a formatted report. All data is stored in your browser session and is never sent to a server.
