    About This Module

Showcase your best projects, case studies, and professional achievements with a clean, print-ready portfolio document. This free, browser-based portfolio generator supports image galleries, multiple templates, and bilingual output in English or Bahasa Melayu.

    What Is the Portfolio Generator?

The Portfolio Generator is a free online tool designed for creative professionals, developers, designers, and consultants who need to present their work samples in a structured, visually appealing format. Unlike social portfolio platforms, this tool runs entirely in your browser with no account required. It combines a profile introduction, itemized project entries with descriptions, and an image gallery that supports up to ten uploaded screenshots or photos. All images and data are stored in your browser's localStorage, so nothing is sent to any server and your intellectual property stays private.

    How It Works

Start by filling in your profile details including name, role, contact information, and a brief professional introduction. Then add individual portfolio items by entering a project title and a short description covering the brief, your role, tools used, and outcomes achieved. Upload supporting images such as screenshots, mockups, or photographs to build a visual gallery. Switch between Default, Minimal, and Modern template styles in the preview panel. When ready, click Print Document to produce a polished portfolio suitable for client meetings, job interviews, or proposal submissions.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How many portfolio items and images can I add?

You can add an unlimited number of portfolio items — each with a project title and description. The image gallery supports up to ten uploaded images per session. This limit is in place to keep the document file size manageable for printing and sharing. If you have more than ten images to showcase, focus on the most impactful samples — one strong representative image per project is generally more effective than multiple similar views of the same work. All images are stored in your browser's localStorage and are not uploaded to any server.

What do the Default, Minimal, and Modern templates look like?

All three templates display the same information — your profile, portfolio items, and image gallery — but with different visual styles. Default uses a clean, professional layout with standard typography suitable for corporate or business audiences. Minimal strips out most decorative elements for a spare, text-forward presentation preferred in academic or research contexts. Modern uses stronger typographic contrast and a bolder layout suited for creative industries such as design, photography, and advertising. You can switch between templates in the preview panel at any time without affecting your data.

Is my portfolio data saved after I close the browser?

Yes, for most data. Your portfolio content — profile details, item titles and descriptions — is saved in your browser's localStorage, so it persists across tab closings and browser restarts on the same device. Uploaded images are also saved in localStorage up to the browser's storage limit, but very large or numerous images may not all be retained. If you are working on a large portfolio, print or download the document regularly to avoid losing work. Data is device-specific and does not sync across browsers or devices.
